Not only am I a teacher at Pine Grove, but I am also a former student.  I completed all of my elementary and secondary education in Edson and received my Education degree from the University of Alberta.  I feel so fortunate to be a member of the amazing staff we have here at Pine Grove.  This year, I am teaching grade 7 and 8 language arts (my passion) and a scrapbooking option.  Watching young writers and readers develop their skills is  one of the best parts of my  job and I am looking forward to working with some of my former grade 7 students in grade 8 this year.  In addition, I will be the AISI Lead teacher at PGMS this year.

In my spare-time I am busy being a soccer/hockey/volleyball/basketball mom to my four busy children.  I also enjoy reading (of course), photography and cooking.
